Rohit Sharma is an Indian International Cricket player who serves as the vice-captain of the India National team in limited-overs formats. In other words, he is a right-handed batsman as well as an occasional right-arm off break bowler who plays for Mumbai in domestic cricket and captains Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League.

Rohit Gurunath Sharma better known as Rohit Sharma was born on 30 April 1987in Nagpur, India. His father Gurunath Sharma works for transport factory as a caretaker of Transport and mother Purnima Sharma is a housewife.
Sharma grew up in a poor family. Even his parents can’t take care of him properly so he was brought up by his uncle. Sharma completed his primary education from Our Lady of Velanikani. Rohit Sharma began his career joining a cricket camp in 1999 with the help of his uncle. At the cricket camp, Dinesh Laid was his first coach who manages the provision of scholarship for Rohit Sharma on Swami Vivekananda School from where his Cricket career was started. His coach started noticed Sharma’s batting abilities and promoted him from number eight to opening the Inning.
Slowly and gradually, Rohit set himself as a good opener and showed his ability in Giles school cricket tournament by scoring a century on Debut as an opener. Moreover, Rohit developed his skill of batting and made his debut for West Zone in the Deodhar Trophy in March 2005, at Gwalior. That Inning was his unbeaten Innings of 142 in 123 balls against North Zone at Udaipur in the same tournament.
Hence, Sharma was shortlisted for 30 members probably the list of the champion trophy. Unfortunately, he could not enter to the Final Squad. Moreover, Sharma made his First-class debut for India against New Zealand at Darwin in mid-2006. Likewise, He led Ranji Trophy debut for First-class side Mumbai in 2006/2007 season.
Needless to say, the trophy was one of famous trophy of India. Nonetheless, he was unable to make score amidst his Initial Matches. However, after few matches, he scored 205 of 2067 balls in the match against Gujarat. Mumbai went on to win the tournament with Sharma scoring a half-century in the final against Bengal in October 2013 upon the retirement of Ajit Agarkar.
Rohit Sharma First selected for the limited-cross matches on India Tour to Ireland in 2007 but at the time he could not get chance to bat. Sharma instantly made his mark on International stage when he led India towards the win by scoring 50 on 40 deliveries against Team SouthAfrica in 2007 ICC World 20-20.
Therefore, he started the better career on the cricket and pushed himself towards the Final squad of Indian International Team. But that’s not all, the 31-year-old cricketer got to offer to lead the team Mumbai Indians in 2013 as the captain of Indian Premier League which is the most expensive league of India.
